Warranty & Returns
Most parts come with a warranty – up to 6 months on most reconditioned items. This is subject to our Terms & Conditions. Incorrectly ordered items will incur a restocking fee. Incorrectly ordered electrical items cannot be refunded.
When receiving items you have ordered – check immediately for transit damage, (or any other problems). We should be advised immediately of any damage – by email only. This should be done no later than 5 business days after receipt of item/s. (We cannot accept damage claims after this period – NO EXCEPTIONS)
When returning core deposit items – please return these within 10 days after receiving the replacement item. Include a copy of your invoice & include all your bank details for the core deposit refund. The return of these items is at the purchaser’s expense. Please check our return address on the website – do not ring our sales department in this regard or to enquire about our hours of operation. (Email enquiries only).
